Dr. Lindquist practices comprehensive ophthalmology. He cares for all types of eye conditions, including diabetic eye disease and glaucoma.
Dr. Lindquist received his M.D. from Oregon Health & Science University and completed an internal medicine residency at Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital. He returned to OHSU to complete his ophthalmology residency and conduct research. Dr. Lindquist is board certified in internal medicine and ophthalmology. He joined Oregon Eye Specialists in 1993 as one of the founding partners.
In February 2012, Dr. Lindquist stepped down as president of Oregon Eye Specialists, and now heads the committee overseeing optical services. He has had the privilege of traveling to Mexico with Medical Teams International to do cataract surgery for local residents in need.
Dr. Lindquist spends most of his free time with his teenage children. Maddie sings in her school choir, plays the piano and participates in dragon boat racing. Mark plays basketball and golf and is in his school’s jazz band. Both are active volunteers – Maddie will visit Panama this summer as part of The Amigos Program, and Mark will volunteer in India this fall.
