Jeffrey H. Garrett, O.D.

Offices: Tualatin, Newberg, Lake Grove

Dr. Garrett practices general optometry, including contact lens fittings and co-management of patients having cataract and refractive surgery. He earned a biological sciences degree with honors from Chapman University, received his doctorate of optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry and completed a residency in hospital-based optometry at the Portland Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Dr. Garrett is a member of the American Optometric Association, and joined Oregon Eye Specialists in 2000.

Dr. Garrett enjoys spending time with his wife Rachael and their twin daughters. He also enjoys riding his bike, reading, waterskiing and boating.
