In recent years, Tualatin has grown from a sleepy farming town to a bustling city. About 10 miles south of Portland, it’s conveniently located just off I-5. It is now home to Bridgeport Village and other sleek shopping and entertainment venues, with thriving businesses clustered around Tualatin Commons, but this area retains much of its rural charm. Our Tualatin clinic is on the Legacy Meridian Park Hospital campus in Medical Plaza Office Building 1.
Two of our founding partners, Drs. Grant Lindquist and David Larson provide for the general ophthalmic needs
of our Tualatin patients. Jeffrey Garrett, OD specializes in primary eye care, complex contact lens fittings and prescribes glasses, both of which can be dispensed from any of our offices.
Connected to each of our medical clinics is a physician-owned optical shop where ABO-certified opticians work closely with the doctors to deliver high-quality frame and lens solutions to our patients at competitive prices. The service you receive in The Sight Shop is an extension of the care provided by the Oregon Eye Specialists physicians and staff.
At this location, some of the more popular designer lines for adults include ProDesign, Lafont, Kate Spade, Michael Kors, Dior and Nike. We also offer sunglasses, with and without prescription lenses, by Maui Jim and Oakley. Oakley is better known for their men’s sunglasses, but has gained attention in recent years for their expansion into women’s frames.

Directions
From I-5:
Follow I-5 to Tualatin exit 289. Head east on SW Nyberg Road. SW Nyberg Road becomes SW 65th Avenue as it turns right. Meridian Park Hospital is on the left and we’re in the Medical Office Plaza Building 1 on the second floor.
