Near the North Tabor and Laurelhurst neighborhoods on Portland’s east side, you’ll find our clinic on the fourth floor of the Providence Professional Plaza at Providence Portland Medical Center. Two of our founding partners, Dr. Thomas Crawford and Dr. Grant Lindquist, are joined by Dr. Jennifer Lyons and Dr. Christen Richard practicing comprehensive ophthalmology here, each with extensive experience in surgical procedures for cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy and eyelid surgery.
Dr. Eric Brown provides general vision exams and prescribes glasses and contact lenses, both of which can be dispensed from any of our offices.
Connected to each of our medical clinics is a physician-owned optical shop where ABO-certified opticians work closely with the doctors to deliver high-quality frame and lens solutions to our patients at competitive prices. The service you receive in The Sight Shop is an extension of the care provided by Oregon Eye Specialists physicians and staff. At this location, some of the more popular designer lines for adults include Diva, OGA, Valentino, Fendi, and Koali.

Directions
I-84 EAST:
Take the 58th Avenue exit #3. Turn right onto Glisan. Turn right on 49th, and continue right onto Hoyt. The parking structure is on the left and Providence Professional Plaza is on the right. Free valet parking is available. We’re on the fourth floor in Suite 445.
I-84 WEST:
Take the 43rd Avenue exit #2. Turn right onto Halsey. Turn right on 47th Avenue, continue to Glisan and make a left. Turn left on 49th Avenue, and continue right onto Hoyt. The parking structure is on the left and Providence Professional Plaza is on the right. Free valet parking is available. We’re located on the fourth floor in Suite 445.
