The Oregon Eye Specialists physicians are providers on most of the major insurance plans and will be happy to bill your insurance company for you. However, you are responsible for any deductible, co-pay, co-insurance or uncovered amount on your bill. Individuals without insurance coverage will be asked to pay the amount due at time of service. Our physicians understand that from time to time unique financial circumstances occur. If you have a special financial situation, discuss it with your physician and together you can work toward a mutual agreement.
